Description
The Eberspacher 80110003 Modulator  temperature controller is an extremely popular and economic choice for your Airtronic heater system. Still to date the most proven, robust and functional temperature controller for Airtronic heaters on the market
Note -
This controller is supplied with extended runtime facility enabled. It will operate the heater until the controller is switched off again. If you require 1 hr runtime enabled, or even a Fahrenheit display, then it is possible to simply reconfigure using information within our installation instructions viewable in our Technical Library link or downloads section. Pleas econtact if you require any further information on these points

Installation instructions -
Please note
- The built in temperature sensor is ideal for temperature sensing at the controller mounting location. However the wiring harness supplied with the Eberspacher Airtronic Heaters sold in the UK will not automatically default to this sensing method.
If you require temperature sensed at the controller mounted location (as an alternative to temperature sensing at the heater inlet), then the grey wire from the digital controller must be connected to the grey wire in the heater wiring harness (this can be found at the heater diagnostic plug). Also for the diagnostic function on some heaters the blue & white wire may not be available at the standard controller wiring connections, in which case a wire will need to be routed and connected from the blue & white connection at the diagnostic plug.
Pre-programme
To change the duration and or temperature scale display from Celsius to Fahrenheit.
Disconnect the Digi-controller from power
Press and hold down the "UP” and “DOWN” keys
Re-apply power to the unit.
The display will now read n0, n1, n2, n3, n4 or n5.
Release both keys.
Repeatedly press the “UP” or “DOWN” button until the display reads the required setting as follows:
Modes for controller with 6 presets:
n0 deg C, continuous run
n1 deg F, continuous run
n2 deg C, 1 hour duration
n3 deg F, 1 hour duration
n4 deg C, 10 hour duration
n5 deg F, 10 hour duration (Factory preset)
