    Description

    Never seen one of these by Just Richard. Vintage Poncho by the Umbrella Co.  New York, NY There is a signature on the bottom right, assuming this is the artist who hand painted the poncho, looks like year 83 ?. It measures 53" wide and 39" long. I'm 5' 4" tall and it falls well below the knee. 2 snaps on each side. Good condition, no rips or tears, seams are strong and snaps work, no rust.
