The Crook Handle and Shaft appear to be carved from a single piece of wood.
The umbrella canopy is made of cotton canvas.
Founded in 1902, Willis & Geiger Outfitters was an expeditionary outfitting company in the United States. The company outfitted Roald Amundsen, Charles Lindbergh, Amelia Earhart, Jacqueline Cochran, Sir Edmund Hillary, the Flying Tigers, and other legends of the 20th century.
