We ship by USPS Priority. We also recycle and use over-sized boxes and packaging materials to ensure your item(s) will arrive to you safe and unharmed. We ship within 2 days of receiving payment unless it is a holiday or a weekend, then shipment will be the following business work day.
We ship to buyers in the United States and Internationally.
Payment is expected within 3 days of auction's end. Failure to make payment will result in an Unpaid Item Dispute being filed thru eBay and you will receive a strike against your account. Please only bid if you are serious and intend to pay within the allotted time frame.
We combine shipping to save you money. The eBay combined shipping calculator is not always correct, so if you win 2 or more auctions please request or wait for a combined invoice for appropriate total.
Claims/Refunds - Please DO NOT request a return on merchandise damaged in shipping. Insurance claims will be filed upon proof of damage (proof of damage is pictures which are needed to file claims). If your item arrives to you damaged in shipping, please contact us and DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY. In order to file a USPS online claim from our end, we must have pictures of the box at every angle, shipping labels (tracking/addressee), wrapping materials, bubble wrap, and the breakage. Shipping carriers now also require a physical inspection of damage/breakage before finalization of a claim and/or refund. So this means after a claim is filed online by us, you and us both will receive a letter in the mail or contact my phone instructing the damage to be taken in for an inspection. Once the inspection is completed, let us know and we will verify and refund. We usually don't have problems because we wrap and pack very well in heavy duty oversized boxes, but it does happen on occasion. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will fairly work it out together. Thank you.
